We hope you love and will enjoy your Anor Living product but if you are not 100% happy you can return your order(s) within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. It is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the return via their chosen courier. Please ensure goods are returned tracked and signed for, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive and will not be able to make any refund in this event.

If you need to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and purchase the new item that you wish to order.
Returns can only be accepted if the item is in the same condition that you have received it, unworn with tags and in its original packaging. Any returns should be sent to the following address, enclosing a copy of your invoice or receipt with your name and order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct this.
Refunds
Once approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
